1. What is JobTide?

JobTide is a job portal connecting jobseekers with employers across South Africa. We provide tools for searching, applying, and managing job applications efficiently.

2. How do I create an account?

Click on the “Sign Up” button at the top right of the homepage. Choose whether you are a jobseeker or employer, and complete the registration form.

3. Is JobTide free to use?

Yes, JobTide is completely free for jobseekers. Employers can also post jobs for free with optional premium features coming soon.

4. How do I apply for a job?

Once you are logged in as a jobseeker, browse job listings and click “Apply” on a job that interests you. Make sure your profile and resume are up-to-date.

5. I'm an employer. How do I post a job?

Log in to your employer account and click “Post a Job.” Fill out the job title, description, requirements, and location to publish it.

6. How do I edit or delete a job posting?

Visit your employer dashboard, click on “My Jobs,” and choose the “Edit” or “Delete” option next to the job you want to manage.
