Purpose of the Role:

Kagiso Trust is committed to empowering young people through skills development by offering graduates the opportunity to gain practical, work-based experience. We invite unemployed graduates between the ages of 18 and 35 to apply for the Education Internship, which will run for a duration of 12 months.

Key Learning Areas and Responsibilities:

As part of the internship, participants will gain exposure to the following areas:

Conduct research on national and international education policies.
Assist with collecting and analyzing educational data.
Support documentation of the implementation process of Kagiso Trust’s Education Development Model.
Monitor and report on current education trends and research findings relevant to the Education Pillar.
Conduct beneficiary feedback surveys for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
Respond to education-related research queries.
Identify advocacy opportunities informed by research.
Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), resolve user queries, and ensure smooth functionality.

Minimum Requirements:

Certified copy of Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 certificate.
Certified copy of a relevant qualification (an Honours degree will be an added advantage).
Certified copy of ID.
Certified copy of academic transcript.
Updated CV and a motivational letter.

Remuneration:

Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend. Compensation is market-related.
