About the Internship

The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), a member of the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (dtic), offers a 24-month Graduate Internship Programme in HR Analytics within the Human Capital division. The programme is designed to provide unemployed graduates with practical work experience to complement their academic studies.

Who Should Apply?

Unemployed South African graduates aged 18 to 35
Graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in:
- Human Resource Management (with HR Analytics as a major)
Graduates who have not previously participated in an internship programme or gained relevant work experience

South African citizenship
Updated CV and academic transcript to be submitted with the application
Successful applicants will be required to sign a Graduate Internship Programme Agreement

Additional Information

Qualification and citizenship checks will be conducted on successful candidates
Foreign qualifications must be evaluated by SAQA
Candidates must be available for interviews as determined by CIPC
