About the Internship
The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), under the dtic, offers a 24-month Graduate Internship Programme focused on Remuneration and Benefits within the Human Capital division. The programme provides unemployed graduates with practical exposure to remuneration practices and benefits management, helping bridge the gap between academic learning and professional work experience.
Who Should Apply?

Unemployed South African graduates aged 18 to 35

Graduates with:

B Degree (NQF Level 7) in:

Human Resource Management
-
Business Management
-
Finance/Accounting
-

Additional advantageous credentials:

Global Remuneration Practitioners (GRP) certification

Accreditation by the South African Reward Association (SARA) as a Reward Analyst or Remuneration Specialist

Have not previously participated in an internship

Have not yet gained work experience related to their qualification
