Minimum Qualification Requirements

A three-year Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma with majors in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
Qualifications should include subjects such as Risk Management or Auditing.

Experience Requirements

Must be a recent graduate in accounting, economics, or finance fields.
Applicants must be unemployed, newly qualified, and reside within the Nkangala District Municipality.
Original copies of qualifications and proof of residence must be submitted with the application.
Residency will be verified for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities

The internship is offered under the Municipal Finance Management Internship Programme (MFMIP) and aims to equip interns with skills and knowledge in:

Strategic planning and management
Municipal budgeting processes
Financial management within a municipal environment
