Position Summary
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Elim Store team. This role focuses on expanding our customer base, maintaining strong relationships with current clients, and consistently achieving sales goals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales targets

Submit daily activity reports to your supervisor

Identify leads and grow the customer base

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively

Keep the store neat and organized; perform regular stock checks

Provide support to the store manager when needed

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Professional and well-groomed appearance

Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric)

Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented

Able to perform under pressure and solve problems efficiently

Basic knowledge of IT

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Fluent in English and local languages spoken in the Elim area
