About the Programme

Join the Mr Price Group as an HR Graduate and launch your career through an exciting 12-month development programme in a fast-paced environment. You’ll gain practical, hands-on experience, develop key HR skills, and explore various career opportunities within the business. Through structured on-the-job training and mentorship, you’ll work on real HR projects while building a solid understanding of business and retail operations. This programme is designed to fast-track your HR career and equip you for future success.

 

Requirements

• Completed undergraduate or postgraduate BCom degree in Human Resource Management
• Not currently enrolled in any other programme or studies, and have not held permanent employment with the same employer for more than one year
• Available for the full 12-month contract period (1 August 2025 – 31 July 2026)
• Willingness to be based either at the Mr Price Group Head Office in Durban or at the world-class Distribution Centre in Hammarsdale
