About the Opportunity

Casidra is offering a 6-month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunity for a motivated and tech-savvy IT graduate. This internship is ideal for recent graduates who want hands-on IT experience in a dynamic, professional environment.

You will assist with technical support, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and remote user support across various departments and locations.

 

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Intern, you will:

• Provide support by troubleshooting and resolving IT-related queries

• Install and configure hardware and software for desktops and laptops

• Perform routine maintenance and monitor backup systems

• Ensure devices (PCs/laptops) are kept in good working condition

• Provide remote assistance to users at off-site locations

• Maintain accurate records of tasks, duties, and equipment

• Offer solutions for commonly asked IT issues

• Support both internal teams and external stakeholders

 

Minimum Requirements

✅ A recently completed IT qualification (including A+ or N+)
✅ Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Office, TCP/IP, and printers
✅ Solid PC troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities
✅ Valid South African driver’s license

Bonus Advantage:

• An MCSE-related qualification
