About the Internship
This 12-month structured internship provides unemployed graduates with valuable practical work experience in Human Resources. As an HR Intern, you’ll assist the Human Capital team with daily administrative and support tasks.
You’ll gain exposure to various HR functions while building essential workplace skills in a deadline-driven and service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Human Resource Intern, you will:

Assist the Human Capital team with day-to-day HR operations

Perform general administrative tasks

Support HR projects and initiatives

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

Help with internal communication and HR processes
-
Provide excellent service to internal clients and employees
Minimum Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Completed Degree or Diploma in:

Human Resources
-
Industrial Psychology
-
Labour Relations
-
BCom Law / LLB
-
Related HR or people-focused qualifications

Eligibility for the INSETA Internship Programme
To qualify for this internship, you must:
• Be a South African citizen
• Be aged between 18 and 35
• Have been unemployed for at least the past 2 months
• Not have participated in any previous internship or learnership funded by INSETA
