TFG (The Foschini Group), a leading international retail group with 34 lifestyle and apparel brands, is looking for a dynamic YES Intern to join their Human Resources team as an HR Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Administrator Intern, you will:

  • Deliver efficient and accurate administrative support across various HR functions while maintaining exceptional service standards and adhering to SLAs and quality benchmarks

  • Process documentation and provide admin support in areas such as:

    • Employee Relations

    • Talent Acquisition

    • Capability Development

    • Leadership and Performance Management

    • Transformation initiatives

    • Organisational Development (OD)

    • Employee Engagement and Well-being

    • Reward and Benefits

  • Conduct validation and compliance checks on HR Connect workflows

  • Provide general administrative support to the broader HR team

 

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant HR qualification — National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
