TFG (The Foschini Group), an internationally diversified retail group with 34 lifestyle and apparel brands, is looking for a motivated YES Intern to join their Facilities Management team as a Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Intern.

Key Responsibilities
As a CAFM Intern, you will:

Assist in capturing and maintaining accurate asset data

Help update and manage digital building drawings
-
Support basic space and occupancy audits
-
Update employee and room information in CAFM systems
-
Perform basic quality checks on space and asset data
-
Assist in preparing reports and cleaning up data records
-
Contribute to routine system updates and space utilization metrics
-
Help maintain documentation, naming conventions, and standards
Qualifications & Experience
✅ Qualification in Facilities Management, CAFM, or a related field
Skills & Competencies

Basic familiarity with data entry and digital recordkeeping

Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)

Strong attention to detail for reviewing data and floor plan drawings
-
Willingness to learn CAFM tools such as Archibus and Web Central

Logical thinking and ability to understand asset-room-employee relationships

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple data points

Ability to follow established processes and maintain consistent standards

Curious and observant, especially during space or asset surveys

Clear communicator who asks questions when unsure

Team-oriented and open to feedback from senior team members
