About the Programme
AM Security Services is inviting applications for its Learnership Programme in Strand, Western Cape. This programme is designed to provide unemployed South African youth with valuable skills, practical training, and workplace experience in the private security industry.
The learnership combines classroom-based instruction with on-the-job training, leading to an occupational qualification that will prepare successful learners for employment as Security Officers.
We are committed to developing future leaders in the security industry and welcome applications from Black, Indian, and Coloured males and females.

Minimum Requirements

Must be unemployed.

Must not be currently enrolled in any educational institution or any other learnership programme.

Must have a Matric (Grade 12) certificate with English and a minimum Level 4 in all subjects.

Must be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID.

Must be between 18 and 30 years old.

No criminal record.

Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet) will be an advantage.

Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

Must reside close to Strand, Western Cape.
