Tiger Brands is offering a 24-month Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) designed for ambitious graduates who want to build their careers in a leading FMCG company. The programme provides structured training, mentorship, and exposure across different business areas to prepare graduates for leadership roles.

This opportunity is specifically for graduates in Internal Auditing.

 

Who Can Apply?

We’re looking for graduates who:

• Hold a BCom Degree or Honours Degree in Internal Auditing

• Have achieved a minimum average of 65%

• Are recent graduates from a South African tertiary institution

• Have not worked full-time for more than one year in their field (workplace experience excluded)

• Are South African citizens with valid work authorisation

• Are willing to relocate as the programme may require mobility

• Are computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Office Suite)

• Hold a valid driver’s license
