About the Programme

Tiger Brands is inviting applications for its 24-month Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP). This initiative is aimed at talented graduates who are eager to build leadership careers within the FMCG sector. Through structured training, mentorship, and rotations across business functions, graduates will gain the skills and experience needed to take on key roles in the organisation.

This opportunity is specifically for graduates in the Finance (CA)SA stream.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

BCom Degree in Accounting with CTA Level 2 completed
Minimum 65% average across studies
A recent graduate from a South African tertiary institution
No more than one year of full-time work experience in their field (workplace training excluded)
South African citizenship with valid work authorisation
Willingness to relocate during the programme (geographical mobility)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Valid driver’s license
