About the Programme

Tiger Brands invites applications for its 24-month Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP). This initiative is designed to recruit and develop graduates with the potential to grow into future leaders within the FMCG sector. The programme combines structured learning, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure to equip graduates with the skills needed for key organisational roles.

This opportunity is focused on graduates in Bakeries Manufacturing (Food Technology/Science).

 

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • BSc Degree in Food Technology or Food Science

  • Achieved a minimum average of 65% during studies

  • A recent graduate from a South African tertiary institution

  • Not more than one year of full-time work experience in their field (excluding internships/workplace learning)

  • South African citizenship with valid work authorisation

  • Willingness to relocate as required during the programme (geographical mobility)

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Valid driver’s license
