About the Programme
Tiger Brands offers a 24-month Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) aimed at developing talented graduates for future leadership roles within the FMCG sector. The programme combines structured training, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure to prepare participants for key roles in the organisation.
This opportunity is for graduates interested in Customer Management and Marketing.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:

BCom in Sales & Marketing, BCom Marketing, or Bachelor of Administration
-
Minimum 65% academic average
-
Recent graduate from a South African tertiary institution
-
No more than one year of full-time work experience in their field (excluding internships/workplace learning)
-
South African citizenship with valid work authorisation
-
Willingness to relocate during the programme (geographical mobility)
-
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Valid driver’s license
