About the Programme
Tiger Brands is inviting applications for its 24-month Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP), aimed at developing talented graduates into future leaders within the FMCG sector. The programme combines structured learning, mentorship, and rotational exposure across business functions to prepare participants for key organisational roles.
This opportunity is specifically for graduates in Engineering.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

BSc/BEng Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 65% academic average
-
Recent graduate from a South African tertiary institution
-
Not more than one year of full-time work experience in their field (excluding internships/workplace learning)

South African citizenship with valid work authorisation
-
Willingness to relocate during the programme (geographical mobility)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Valid driver’s license
