About the Programme
Tiger Brands invites applications for its 24-month Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP). The programme is designed to develop talented graduates into future leaders within the FMCG sector through structured learning, mentoring, and cross-functional exposure.
This opportunity is aimed at graduates in Instrumentation, Automation & Control Systems, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

BEng Degree in Instrumentation, Automation & Control Systems, or Mechatronics

Minimum 65% academic average
-
Recent graduate from a South African tertiary institution
-
Not more than one year of full-time work experience in their field (excluding internships/workplace learning)
-
South African citizenship with valid work authorisation
-
Willingness to relocate as required during the programme (geographical mobility)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Valid driver’s license
