About the Programme
Tiger Brands is offering its 24-month Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) to develop graduates into future leaders in the FMCG sector. The programme provides structured learning, mentorship, and rotational exposure across business functions to prepare participants for key roles within the organisation.
This opportunity is aimed at graduates in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

BCom Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology

Minimum 65% academic average
-
Recent graduate from a South African tertiary institution
-
No more than one year of full-time work experience in their field (excluding internships/workplace learning)
-
South African citizenship with valid work authorisation
-
Willingness to relocate as required during the programme (geographical mobility)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Valid driver’s license
