About the Opportunity

Training Force is offering an exciting 12-month learnership programme in Business Analysis Support Practice (NQF Level 5). This structured programme is designed to provide unemployed graduates with both theoretical knowledge and valuable workplace experience, preparing them for entry-level roles in business analysis and related fields.

 

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated young graduates who are eager to build their careers in the commercial and IT sectors. Applicants should:

• Be between the ages of 21 and 28.

• Hold a BCom or BSc degree.

• Have a background in Commerce, Analytics, Finance, IT, or related commercial disciplines.

• Be unemployed and available for the full 12-month programme.

 

What You Will Gain

• Practical experience in business analysis and support functions.

• Exposure to data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving in a business environment.

• Mentorship and guidance from industry professionals.

• A monthly stipend of R7,000 to support you during the programme.
