About the YES Programme

The Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme is a business-led initiative in partnership with government, aimed at tackling youth unemployment in South Africa. The programme enables participants to:

Gain meaningful workplace experience.
Acquire new skills and enhance their knowledge.
Earn a salary while developing their career path.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, you must meet the following:

South African citizen (must be born in South Africa).
Between the ages of 18–35.
Unemployed and available to commit to the full 12-month programme.
Not previously a YES beneficiary.
Matric (Grade 12) is required.
National Diploma or Degree in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Project Management
- Information Technology (IT)
- Finance
- Supply Chain Management
PC literacy (MS Office and related skills).
Responsible, honest, and motivated to learn.
