About the Programme
Our 2026 Software Developer Graduate Programme is designed to help talented graduates kick-start their careers in software engineering. You’ll work alongside some of the brightest minds in fintech, gaining real-world experience as you help design and build software that impacts millions of users.
As a graduate developer, you will:

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking curious, motivated graduates with a solid foundation in computer science and a passion for building great software.
Minimum requirements:

Final-year student (or recent graduate) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.

Practical experience coding in Java (through coursework or personal projects).
