About the Learnership

TotalEnergies Marketing South Africa is offering a 12-month learnership programme at its Lubricants Manufacturing Plant in Durban. This programme is aimed at youth with a National Senior Certificate (Matric) who are eager to gain hands-on practical experience in manufacturing, engineering, and operations within a leading energy company.

The learnership provides a structured training and development experience, preparing participants for future career opportunities in engineering, supply chain, and operations management.

Who Should Apply

South African youth with a National Senior Certificate (Matric)
Candidates with NTC4 Engineering qualifications in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering
No prior work experience is required; this is an entry-level programme
Additional advantage: TVET qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management

Learnership Activities

Participants will:

Gain practical exposure in a lubricants manufacturing environment
Develop technical and operational skills in engineering and production processes
