Programme Overview
The Graduate in Training – Finance Programme offers a structured 12-month opportunity for a motivated and passionate graduate to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll work closely with experienced finance professionals, learning about cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting within the automotive sector.
This programme is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting, while developing analytical, administrative, and process improvement skills.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Finance team in performing day-to-day accounting and financial tasks.

Support with month-end and year-end reporting activities.

Participate in cost analysis, budgeting, and internal control projects.

Take part in departmental process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Provide accurate and timely financial data to support business decisions.

Collaborate with other departments, including Engineering, to understand production-related financial processes.

Participate in performance reviews and development assessments throughout the training programme.
Minimum Requirements

BCom in Accounting, Financial Management, or Management Accounting (essential).

Average of 60% or higher across all academic modules.

South African citizenship is required.

Must be 18 years or older and have no prior internship or graduate programme experience.

Must have no criminal record and no outstanding tuition fees.

Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written).

Submission of a Statement of Results from your institution is mandatory.
