About the Programme

The DiT Programme is a 24-month structured graduate initiative designed to give participants practical experience in production, operations, and process improvement. Graduates will rotate across different departments, working under the supervision of experienced managers and professionals, gaining exposure to a wide range of functions including:

• Production operations – learn the end-to-end manufacturing processes and workflows

• Quality control and assurance – understand standards, inspections, and compliance

• Process optimization – contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Administration and reporting – assist with documentation, data analysis, and operational reporting

Participants will develop core skills in leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and decision-making, preparing them for future careers in production and operations management within the automotive or manufacturing sector.

 

Who Should Apply

• South African citizens aged 18 years or older

• Graduates with a Diploma in Operations Management (essential) or Advanced Diploma (desirable)

• Must have achieved an average of 60% or higher in their qualification

• Candidates with no prior internship or graduate work experience

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Applicants must have no outstanding tuition fees and no criminal record

• Submission of a Statement of Results from your educational institution is required
