About the Programme
This 24-month structured graduate programme provides hands-on experience in HESTO’s Organisational Design & Development Department. Graduates will rotate across different functions within the department, gaining exposure to:

Talent management and development initiatives – supporting workforce planning, training needs analysis, and succession planning

Process improvement and administrative support – assisting with HR processes, documentation, and operational efficiency

Participants will work under the supervision of qualified professionals, developing core HR and organizational development competencies while gaining valuable workplace experience.
Who Should Apply

South African citizens aged 18 years or older

Graduates with a B.Com in Human Resources Management or Bachelor of Human Resources Management (essential), or Bachelor of Human Resources Development (desirable)

Must have achieved an average of 60% or higher in their qualification

Candidates with no prior internship or graduate experience

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Applicants must have no outstanding tuition fees and no criminal record
