About the Programme

This 24-month structured graduate programme provides hands-on experience in HESTO’s Commercial and Programme/Projects Departments. Graduates will rotate across different commercial functions, gaining exposure to:

• Financial and commercial operations – supporting budgeting, reporting, and management accounting

• Project and programme management support – assisting with planning, execution, and monitoring of commercial projects

• Process improvement and administrative tasks – contributing to operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness

• Performance assessments and professional development – participating in structured evaluations to track growth and learning

Participants will work under the supervision of qualified professionals, developing both technical and business competencies while gaining valuable workplace experience in a corporate commercial setting.

 

Who Should Apply

• South African citizens aged 18 years or older

• Graduates with:

  • B.Com in Management Accounting / Financial Management (essential)

  • B.Com or B degree in Economics (essential)

• Must have achieved an average of 60% or higher in their qualification

• Candidates with no prior internship or graduate experience

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Applicants must have no outstanding tuition fees and no criminal record

• Submission of a Statement of Results from your educational institution is required
