About the Programme

This 24-month structured graduate programme provides hands-on experience in HESTO’s IT Department, including:

• Systems and Network Administration – assisting with IT infrastructure, servers, and network management

• Software and Database Support – supporting software deployment, troubleshooting, and database maintenance

• Process Improvement and IT Projects – contributing to efficiency, automation, and system optimization initiatives

• Performance Assessments and Reviews – participating in evaluations to track learning and professional growth

Graduates will rotate across different IT functions, working under the guidance of experienced professionals to develop technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills critical for a successful career in IT.

 

Who Should Apply

• South African citizens aged 18 years or older

• Graduates with one of the following qualifications:

  • B.Com in Computer Science (essential)

  • B.Com in Information Systems (essential)

  • Other relevant B. Degrees in IT or Computing

• Must have achieved an average of 60% or higher in their qualification

• Candidates with no prior internship or graduate experience

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Applicants must have no outstanding tuition fees and no criminal record
