About the Programme

As part of the Tech/Data Analyst Graduate Programme in our Tax division, you’ll apply your technical and analytical expertise to support our team in developing cutting-edge tax solutions for clients. You’ll collaborate with tax professionals, using data analytics and modern technology to streamline processes and drive impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract, transform, and load data for tax compliance and analysis.
Develop analytical models to support tax strategies and planning.
Collaborate across teams to implement technological solutions in tax processes.
Interpret complex data sets to generate insights for tax decision-making.
Maintain and enhance tax technology tools and platforms.
Participate in client projects and deliver solution demonstrations.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance in all tax-related reporting.
Engage in a structured 12-month development programme with potential extension to a second year based on performance.

Description :

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:

Data Analytics
Computer Science
Information Technology
Accounting
Finance
Or related disciplines

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Data analytics and data wrangling skills (e.g., SQL Analytics, SAS, Alteryx)
Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense)
Coding knowledge (Python, C#, .NET, etc.)
Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) including machine learning, LLMs, NLP, etc.
Familiarity with tax legislation or tax principles is advantageous.
