About the Program
The DynamX Trainee Programme is designed to develop and grow graduates by enhancing their technical expertise and aligning it with their career goals, while offering broad cross-functional experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

A competitive 24-month program consisting of fixed-term contract segments.

Progression through each program phase is based on robust evaluations.

Offers six-month rotational cycles, providing diverse exposure across multiple teams within the business area.

Follows the 70-20-10 learning principle: 70% through practical experiences and projects, 20% through developmental relationships, and 10% through coursework and training.

Empowers trainees to tackle challenges creatively, embrace calculated risks, and identify new opportunities.

Upon successfully completing 24 months of continuous growth and transformation, participants will be eligible to apply for various roles within the company, contributing to a future filled with even more success.

Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements:

A completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in disciplines including, but not limited to:

Finance
-
Human Resources or Psychology
-
Marketing
-
Technology
-
Engineering
-
Supply Chain Management
-
Logistics
-
-
A maximum of 2 years of total full-time formal work experience by the program start date. (This excludes internships, vacation work, and short-term contracts.)

Bachelor’s degree obtained from a recognized tertiary institution within the appropriate timeframe.

Full legal work authorization and citizenship in South Africa.
-
Willingness and ability to relocate within South Africa as needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and adaptability to new systems.
