Description :
Key Responsibilities
AMPPS Delivery
-
Execute AMPPS surveys, ensuring delivery on Availability, Merchandising, Price, Promotions, and Space.
Merchandising, Price, Promotions, and Space
-
Monitor outlet volumes to ensure 100% availability of key brands and packs.
-
Manage stock rotation for consistent product availability.
-
Implement merchandising plans in consumption and purchase zones according to In Trade Execution Guidelines (ITEG).
-
Negotiate and execute interior and exterior price communication strategies.
-
Ensure compliance with price priorities and promotional campaigns.
-
Maintain competitive shelf space and brand positioning for maximum volume growth.
Asset Management
-
Manage SAB refrigeration and other assets to ensure governance and compliance with audits.
-
Oversee permanent merchandising and signage in outlets.
-
Ensure correct stocking of SAB products in fridges as per ITEG guidelines.
-
Conduct asset verification surveys (e.g., fridges).
-
Assist customers with model stock systems for stock replenishment and minimizing stockouts.
-
Manage stock rotation and ensure product quality.
Minimum Requirements
-
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
-
Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license.
-
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of the local area (Kimberley region).
-
Ability to work in a flexible environment, including weekends.
-
Successful completion of a driver’s assessment test prior to appointment.
