About the Program
The DynamX Logistics Traineeship is designed to grow and develop graduates by building technical and functional capabilities within the Logistics department, covering areas such as Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, and Distribution.

A competitive program structured around incremental fixed-term contracts, totaling 24 months in duration.

Advancement through each program phase is determined by robust performance evaluations.

Offers 6-month rotational cycles, enabling diverse cross-functional work experience within logistics teams.

Follows the 70-20-10 development model, where trainees gain:

70% of learning through challenging projects and experiences

20% from developmental relationships and mentorship

10% through formal coursework and training

Upon successful completion of the 24-month program, trainees can apply for permanent roles within the business, contributing to a future filled with more success and innovation.

Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements:

Completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in relevant fields, such as:
-
Industrial Engineering
-
Supply Chain Management
-
Logistics
-
-
No more than 2 years of total full-time formal work experience by the program start date. (Internships, vacation work, and short-term contracts are excluded from this total.)

Bachelor’s degree obtained from a recognized tertiary institution within the standard timeframe.

Full legal work authorization and citizenship in South Africa.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

Willingness and ability to relocate within South Africa for program placements.
