What You Will Learn:

Meat Mastery: Cutting, trimming, portioning, and preparing meat products, including sausages and cold cuts.

Packaging & Display: Weighing, wrapping, and presenting products like an art gallery.

Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining cleanliness, using protective gear, and handling tools safely and efficiently.

Operations Flow: Restocking, managing the shop floor, and operating equipment like band saws.

Customer Service: Managing the meat counter, advising customers, and sharing expert meat knowledge.
